This course provides students with the opportunity to develop their linguistic and intercultural knowledge and understanding, and the speaking, listening, reading and writing skills to communicate in Korean.

Korean is an important community language within our multicultural Australian society and knowledge of Korean enables our young people to engage in and promote closer relations with Korean speakers.
Topics covered provide contexts in which students develop their communication skills in Korean and their knowledge and understanding of language and culture.
Learning Korean
Studying a language course should enable students to:

Common subjects that are linked with Korean studies includes and is not limited to trade, commerce, tourism, technology, international relations and education both domestically and internationally.
