SMART
Quakers Hill High School is supported by a range of school-wide systems focused on teaching, modelling, and consistently encouraging positive behaviour that supports learning and growth for everyone. Our SMART code outlines the five essential qualities we expect from all staff, students, and community members: Safe, Motivated, Academic, Respectful, and Tolerant.
Being SMART at Quakers Hill High School
At Quakers Hill High School, our learning philosophy is based on high expectations for behaviour and a strong commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and positive school culture. We employ proactive, school-wide strategies to clearly define, teach, and support the development of pro-social behaviours that help students learn and thrive.
Students are explicitly taught pro-social values and behaviours to support their success in both classroom and non-classroom settings.
Through our SMART framework, we foster a school climate where positive behaviour is expected and normalised, allowing every student and staff member to experience success throughout the school environment.
